Hi,
I am having trouble building the incubator website. I am working on
Windows 7 using Cygwin, but see the same error with git-bash.
I am using IBM java 8
[xslt] : Fatal Error! [ERR 0194] The

I see Shane got this a long time ago, but don't see a solution.
