Ah, I apologize about missing your initial question. Seemed like it went to
spam folder.

Community activities happen in Twill, if you have followed our reports you
will see we just made 0.7 release and planning for 0.8 soon.
We also did presentation at Apache Big Data North America and had great
audience and interests on the project.

I have update the status page to reflect it. Mea culpa from me about
missing to push the updates.

Also, like I have mentioned in the DISCUSS thread, it is a small community
bc of the specialization of the scope (see Tez for example) and may not as
popular as Flink or Zeppelin, HOWEVER it does have some projects using it
and has some small contributions to help with bugs and design reviews.

BUT, as our mentors and others had chimed in, the podling has shown that it
is capable to operate with the spirit of the ASF.
We believe it is ready to continue journey as TLP.
