This is an area that unfortunately isn't written too well and at least to
me should be a more formal policy.

Podlings are encouraged to report their first month.  Their first month is
very simple - not a lot of progress, just getting started.  You may want to
confirm that things like mailing lists are online, website is starting, SGA
in proc, ICLAs/CCLAs are in flight as well.  I'm not sure if you saw the
ticket I pinged you in, INFRA took care of the DNS for you last night.

Podling reporting group is based on the month they join the incubator, e.g.
Feb, May, Aug and Nov should be reporting group 3, monthly Dec - Feb.  You
may want to double check that, I'm not sure why you're listed as group 1.
