Madhan, In the future, when pointing to a release, please point to the directory, not the individual artifacts. The reason being, it could be hard to find the related asc/md5/ etc files (even though you did include the direct links a few lines down, its purely convention). So I would recommend using this link: https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/incubator/atlas/0.8-incubating-rc1/
