There is: https://svn.apache.org/repos/private/pmc/incubator/ So it should be possible to create: https://svn.apache.org/repos/private/pmc/incubator/dubbo However I don't have permission to create (or even check out) that repo. Who does? (I would of thought as VP incubator or as a ASF member I should be able to do that.)
