I'm a bit curious about why this was sent, so I'll bite. I'm a mentor on a brand new podling. The report template should have been generated on 8/29, the day before this podling was accepted into the incubator. Yet for some reason, they had a report due. I'm not actually sure why this was the case. Did we incorrectly add them?It looks like Mick added them without any prompting, but I'm not sure if there was any off list discussion about it.
I would think if the report is generated on time (which September was) podlings added to the incubator would optionally report that month, otherwise, the next month. In this specific podling's case, this would have meant their reporting group would be group 1 not group 3.
