You should never refer in the announcement or your download page to dist.apache.org. For announcement emails, link to your download page. For download pages, link to the mirror chooser and link to the checksum and signature from www.apache.org/dist/incubator/echarts. Include a link to your project KEYS file and instructions how to verify the download. There are many download pages you can model, e.g. https://hadoop.apache.org/releases.html If you need help, your mentors will be able to assist.
