We try to follow what is written on guide. 1)I get a answer from infra telling to ask mentor. 2) mentor tell that PMC has rights to do. Maybe the move can be handled my PMC. it's seems as hard as moving KEYS file. Removing former dist is complex and often missed even inside TLP.
