There is a group that does moderation for a few lists using a Google shared inbox.
It might be a good avenue to pursue instead of rolling our own. They handle fundraising's moderation, for example as well as trademarks. Email mod-priv...@gsuite.cloud.apache.org if interested. I think we could create a moderation PMC and try and centralize this foundation wide as well.
