Hi Justin, I did this preemptively hoping that the proposed recipient project (Apache Tika) would VOTE favorably and then that IP Clearance would be successful on general@incubator.a.o. I can easily edit the license headers if this is a requirement, then change them back once the code is imported. Please let me know your thoughts. Thank you
