Hi, Sorry but it -1 (binding) from me due to LICENSE and NOTICE issues and 3rd party code having an ASF header.
I checked: - incubating in name - signatures and hashes are fine. - DISCLAIMER exists - NOTICE and LICENSE are not correct. Licenses need to be mentioned in LICENSE. If the code has a NOTICE file then it’s content need to be in NOTICE. - ASF headers have been incorrectly added to 3rd party files e.g. [1] - Other ASF files headers seem fine - Can compile from source Also please do not use the words "Copyright 2020 and onwards” as copyright has an expiry date.
