The Apache Kylin PMC has voted [1] to accept the donation of the new modeling system.
The donation initially was a commit [2] on a separate branch; under the review and collaboration with the community in the past several months, the lastest version is at branch "kylin5" [3]. The code was developed by the Kyligence, which has signed the CCLA to the secretary, and all contributors for the codebase have ICLA.
