That is where transfers come into play. If a repository is _transferred_
(as opposed to copied or recreated), the old URL will automatically
redirect to the new one. Thus https://github.com/foo/kie-blabla.git
would automatically redirect to
https://github.com/apache/incubator-kie-blabla.git
Transferring the canonical source repository to the ASF (which means a
dual-master setup on gitbox and github) is a requirement for graduation,
but I am not aware that this needs to happen at a specific point during
incubation...so long as it happens.
Did I misunderstand?
