-0 The community has done a great job with most of the goals of the incubator and has a solid release process, licensing, and a good understanding of how things should operate in an Apache community.
But as a Polaris mentor, I'm concerned about the gap between public discussions and the frustration people express privately about how the community operates in practice. I'd prefer that the community focus on solving these issues rather than graduating because I think it is likely that they will persist past graduation. At the same time, I don't think that this is a barrier to graduation because similar issues come up in TLPs, too. I'm not voting -1 because I think that this is the community's decision and the majority of the community is functioning smoothly.
