Hi all, As a follow-up to my earlier email, I put together a short (~5 minute) video showing the tooling in action:
https://youtu.be/zGFz9NKg_38 It covers the IPMC MCP tools, podling health reports, graduation readiness, watchlists, and community health summaries, then spends some time exploring graduation and retirement trends over time, including why some aggregate numbers can be misleading without digging into the full distribution. A couple of caveats: the video has no audio and is sped up 2x (and graph generation sections at 10x). Also, some of the data is not fully accurate. Health reports for podlings with multiple repos (KIE being the obvious example) can be misleading because the tooling does not handle that correctly. Perhaps a bigger question is, could tooling like this change the need, frequency, or format of podling reports? Happy to answer any questions or take feedback here.
