Thanks for catching this. To be clear on what it does and doesn't mean: the podlings/iggy.yml file isn't an Incubator policy requirement. It exists so Whimsy and other tooling can display sign-off state. When it's missing or incomplete, Whimsy reports the items as unknown, which is what we're seeing here. It doesn't mean the underlying work wasn't done. On the actual items: - Releases: Iggy has made five IPMC-approved source releases, so ASF copyright headers and release licensing were checked and passed as part of those votes. - SGA / IP clearance: the code came in from the iggy-rs org at incubation start. So this is a metadata gap rather than a graduation blocker. That said, it's worth fixing to complete the record. Could one of the mentors confirm the SGA date and add it and other details to the yml file?
