Ok, based on the response to the poll tallied at

may we please have a interim Jakarta "libary" mailing list for the
purpose of formaling the details of a proposal for this subproject.
If convenient, these individuals may be subscribed to list when it is
installed, being the group of people who have agreed to committ to the
proposed codebases.
