Yes. If Conor wants to take the lead (write the first draft) of the Release signing HOWTO (if that's what we decided to do), then I was volunteering to draft the general Release HOWTO, and asking if anyone had any existing documentation about this that they wanted to share. I have a list of things to work on at the site, but I'm trying to budget my time, and just do one of things each day. The Release HOWTO is one of them, but it's behind some others.
