I removed bsf-engines from the binary releases as decided on the dev list. I had thought bsf-engines could be deleted entirely, so removed it from the source in my workspace. Then I found it was needed for some of the bsf-utils tests (the additional XML helper classes) but forgot to reinstate the download script in the source bundle.
