We have two choices to make the event in Al-Isra uni. :
1.  Wed. 16-3
2.  Wed. 23-3
about the halls, well, there are two halls:
1. Hall #1 for about 30 person (yeah .. i know it is small!)
2. Amphitheatre : it is much bigger .. for more than 150 person.

what I'm thinking, is asking for the big hall (Amphiteatre) and a projector (if needed). and to let the students know about this event, we can make some posters and papers, and inform everybody before a week of the event.

Any ideas?
