Al, you totally miss the point.
We are NOT looking for an ultimate ruler, but a president.
The job of the president will be to be coach, referee, scapegoat, janitor,
and scout for the next president.
Since JOS is a volunteer effort, the "RULING" is more an arbitrating and
tie breaking and refereeing than dictating.
