How do I define a tacit function for the expression
(stateNew*-.accept)+state*accept, where accept is a boolean matrix,
state and stateNew are integer matrices?
I tried ` with @. and { but could not find a nice compact solution.
For example:
accept
1 0
1 1
state
0 1
2 3
stateNew
5 5
5 5
Which yields
0 5
2 3
