In general, reading all the complaints about various
aspects of J system and comparisons to other languages,
one maxim comes to mind: "Don't bring me a problem,
bring the solution". And there was very low ratio of
solutions in the postings.

Whereas instead there is a way in which you, yes you,
can actually have the problem fixed without even
asking or waiting for it to be done by someone else.

Having community contribution system in place in the
form of J Application Library, it is far more
efficient to come up with an addon or base library enhancement
that fixes the percieved problem, and then bring its design
and features out for discussion.

In particular, there were complaints about
persisting J names, browsing defintions in J session,
working with scripts, debugging and deploying applications.
You won't improve your efficiency just by talking about it.
A better way instead is to do some actual programming,
and as product choose the tools that will make your
very programming easier, J IDE tools.
