This essay: http://www.jsoftware.com/jwiki/Essays/A_Fine_Line
discusses how to find the frame and n-cells with respect to _verb_ rank. This lecture: http://www.jsoftware.com/help/jforc/ loopless_code_i_verbs_have_r.htm#_Toc141157990 calculates frames based on r, which is not verb rank, but the lesser of verb and noun rank. Should the "Fine Line" essay be updated? Or is there a different method of calculating frames in this case. It seems to work... I simply write down the shape of the verb: 2 2 and then since r == 0, I put the line after the whole shape: 2 2 | and the frame is to the left ( 2 2 ) and the cell shape is to the right ( "" ) ---------------------------------------------------------------------- For information about J forums see http://www.jsoftware.com/forums.htm
