Has this installation bug been sorted out by now? I've just installed Snow Leopard -- and I've encountered it. Looking back through the archives I've found previous correspondence, and with a bit of head-scratching I've actually managed to understand what it says.
Macs are supposed to be simple. My users will be really really thrown if it happens to them. Remedy: I propose to give them a link to this page I've just created: http://www.jsoftware.com/jwiki/MacSnowLeopardInstallBug Any comments? (Feel free to adjust the wording if I've got it wrong.)
