I've been using the new iPad support and it is a big improvement over
the past. I will especially like it if I can get gnuplot working on my
Ubuntu server (they don't seem to have very recent versions in their
libraries...) But I want to echo Brian's plea for a better keyboard...

I use a terminal emulator on my iPad (iSSH) it works very well and has a
complete ASCII keyboard that looks like most of us expect. It makes
using j very similar to my "standard environment" of jconsole on an iMac
Terminal. This full blown ASCII keyboard approach may be overkill for
j/iPad, but it sure is a royal pain to have to switch keyboards for
every number in a vector like 1 2 3 - sure makes it not as easy as 1 2
3 .... Having to go "three levels deep for []{}#%^* is a pain too.
