Two wrongs do not make a right. Ashcroft/Bush should be tarred and feathered for that horrid piece of legislation known as the "Patriot Act".

Fair enough. However, comparing the Elian Gonzalez fiasco to the Patriot Act is comparing apples to oranges. The Patriot Act impacts citizens and whichever non-citizens that Bush chooses to use it against. The Elian Gonzalez fiasco impacted Elian Gonzalez.
