We've been over this again and again. In a presidential election, it
matters not who has the most votes overall.; it's the electoral
college system. And I'm damn glad it's that way, otherwise no
candidate would ever bother to campaign outside of New York,
California, and Texas.
On the topic of the court decisions, even the liberal Chief Justice of
Florida said (paraphrase) : "There's no way what we are doing will
stand up to the test of constitutionality." If Kerry had been man
enough to request a state wide recount and to admit the hundreds
(thousands?) of soldiers ballots that were mishandled, it would
probably still have been Bush by a squeaker.
