Read abot that in a BD letter I got last week. I've been on an insulin pump since June of '81. Couldn't live without it. Started taking care of my diabetes in January of '79. The doc wanted to put me on a pump then. I thought it'd be too big a hassle. After a year and a half of 3 and 4 shots a day I thought better of it. It's a snap to use. I have to do about 10 finger sticks a day to stay level. bob
