Just noticed today that Turkey is beginning to tinker more with Linux.
We know of efforts in Germany, Spain, South Africa, and South America
(and I'm sure I've omitted a few).
I wonder - 5-10 years down the road will.Microsoft be a US-only phenomenon?
Of course, there's still the Royal Navy - last time I heard they were
still running battleships with some kind of WinCrap.
