I will use online help with several different search terms as a starter
to try and get back the "knowledge nugget" that will solve my problem as
soon as possible.

But if I am wanting to learn I much much prefer books. If I have a book
I can have three or four fingers in different places e.g. Fingers in
troubleshooting steps which refers to appendix B and a chart of page
182. I find the hard copy also gives you a spatial sense of where you
are in the process e.g front of book = familiarise, middle of book =
howto, back of book = troubleshoot.

I'm just about to hit half of my 3 score and ten.
