Per a report in the latest AARP news, a 76 year old lady in Brixton,
VA - tired of the lack of response from Comcast customer support (she
was left without phone service for several days) - walked into a
Comcast office with a hammer and whacked a computer and phone center
while shouting "Now have I got your attention?". Cost her $345 and a
3-month suspended sentence, but way to go babe!
