I think it would be fine if a few others had moderators access to the security list, but we should go through a notice/approval process on tusers before we send anything to the security list.
Basically, before posting anything to -security, simply post to tusers to let us know what your posting to -security and why. If anybody has an issue with it then they have a chance to speak up, and everybody on tusers is now aware. Alternatively, we could have a 'security-announce' and a 'security' list. Use the security list for security discussions only, and -announce for the announcements. I think we should go with the easiest now and just work on getting everything in place.
