Well,

I will accept facts it they are true. I'm not saying that python is bad or
PHP is the greatest. But when you assert something that undermines another
with bad and outdated evidences, it deserves to be questioned. Promoting is
one thing. But do this gracefully.

If you have problems with your friends with their practices on PHP. This is
not a good way to address it. It seems irrelevant to post this. This
approach seems like the method of Jobs, Ballmer or Ellison.
