Applied. Thanks. As discussed I will remove lex and yacc deps.
After removing these deps, Lex fails on my machine.
Apparently, with these flags make uses "flex", and w/o them it uses "lex".
I'll look into this, but in the mean time please put these flags back as
OpenSM compilation is now broken.
