Vlad, please pull this new release into OFED 1.3 beta, using the
configure options from the package spec files, and install the following:

Fixes since 2.0.2
- Lower default settings (rdma ops, inline sends)
for latest iWARP/IB devices
- Add missing ia_query for max_iov_segments_per_rdma_write
- Cleanup CMA code no longer supported by rdma_cm
- Change dapltest timers to use gettimeofday instead of
get_cycles for better portability. Build failure on RH5.1 ia64
