I updated the bug with the step-by-step instructions how to burn
the FW and reproduce the error.
I compiled this "how-to" today, so everything there is up to date.
The instructions how to burn fw assume that you have mlxburn.
If it's not the case, I can help you to save time by avoiding
installation of it - just send me your ConnectX board ID and
I'll prepare a QoS-enabled FW image.
To get the board id run this command: "ibv_devinfo | grep board_id"

I had to build a couple of systems up to test this, but I wasn't able to
reproduce the error before going on vacation. I kept getting a path
record query error reported by the rdma_cm, so something must be off
with my configuration. I'll continue to look at it.
