Thanks. I have tested your patch + 4K mtu patch. I do see better
performance for mthca when CPU is not 100% used and no errors. I will
measure ehca performance tomorrow. I also see some issues, like:
ib_mthca 0000:04:00.0: SQ 0c0404 full (2641376 head, 2641312 tail, 64 max,
0 nreq)
