infiniband: eliminate compiler warnings on x86_64

The printf's below generated warnings of the form:
warning: format '%lu' expects type 'long unsigned int', but argument 4 has type 
'long long unsigned int'
on 64-bit systems -- due to the influence of the <>ull constants. Casting 
solves this.
