Another important note; The design is such that the Pax Logging Service can be reloaded without taking down any client bundles, hence the reason for so many bundles.

THis seems fine. However, I have noticed that the 'PropertyConfigurator' class
is currently void. Is it possible to configure the output level as in the
classical log4j.property file ?
