Add specific version spring-dm profiles

The current spring-dm profile provisions latest versions of spring and
spring-dm bundles. This is good for "on the edge" development but it cannot be
used when user wants a specific version. To support this a spring-dm-<version>
can be added beside the existing spring-dm one. For now, spring-dm-1.0.2 will
suffice (or shall we have also 1.0.0, 1.0.1?)
An example problem is that if you will use the spring-dm profile (at the moment
of writing) it will resolve spring to version 2.5.3 which has a faulty
Import-Package so the whole profile will become unusable, as the spring
framework core bundle will not be able to resolve.
