Seems intresting.  It should be a part of ops4j project, but not sure where.
Swissbox seems to be one good place, because it is a  tool  to do OSGI. As
it  evovles, probably it can get a project status as well

Names:
TinyBundles (seems ok)
MagicBundles (u create them on the fly) ?
