The problem (which was one the list before but regarding another artifact, if I recall correctly some pax one) is because an older version of Maven was used, one that created bad signature, when the master pom was released.I discussed with Juven and he solved the problem by regenerating the checksum and sync it to Maven Central.
So, since main problem is Maven, related to this, anyone doing releases, please update to latest version of Maven.
