I want do two things:
1. Create a logger based on log4j whos methods accept an format string and
varargs: logger.error(String fmt, Object... args)
2. Create a factory that provides predefined loggers for specific topics like:
Security, Journaling, ...
For an example see the sample "apache-log4j-1.2.15\examples\subclass" within
the log4j zip file apache-log4j-1.2.15.zip.
