On a new Eclipse installation I tried to execute PaxRunner but the bundle
generation failed with the following error:
Caused by: D:\Workspace\MyProject\build.xml:294: Problem: failed to create task
or type apitooling.apigeneration
Cause: The name is undefined.
Action: Check the spelling.
Action: Check that any custom tasks/types have been declared.
Action: Check that any <presetdef>/<macrodef> declarations have taken place.
I found out that this error indicates that a required plugin was not installed
in Eclipse: org.eclipse.pde.api.tools
Therefore I would recommend to add this bundle as requirement to the Pax Runner
