maven-bundle-plugin 2.2.0 is now available - we solved 2 issues in this
release:
FELIX-2176 - Upgrade maven-bundle-plugin to up to date bnd
FELIX-2701 - Add a {local-packages} macro for automatically expanding
local packages in the <Export-Package> instruction
it includes a recent release of bnd (1.15.0) that supports Web Archive
