The current equinox-target-platform in the samples folder is completely
outdated (including the according documentation at
http://wiki.ops4j.org/display/paxwicket/Running+Pax+Wicket). Both have to be
updated in order to restore the functionality also with the latest
pax-wicket-service and the latest eclipse version
