Messages can't be routed from paxlogging to the OSGi Log Service, as
pax-logging *is* the OSGi log service but only osgi log events are
accessible through the osgi log service.
However it should be relatively easy to write a console plugin that
would register a pax-logging appender and receive all events, in
exactly the same way as the current plugin. It may also be possible
to enhance the current plugin to do that with an optional import on
pax-logging package.
