As a followup, *Pax Exam 2.0 RC2 has just been released*.

It fixes issues related to the RMI handling when using the
paxrunner-container. Those where introduced just before cutting the RC1
release - sorry about that.
It also includes a stunning shortcut for exporting objects to the registry
via the magic "0- port".
[*PAXEXAM-209<http://issues.ops4j.org/browse/PAXEXAM-209>
*] Credits go to RMI expert Niclas.

For a full (short) list of issues resolved since RC1, look at

Thanks everyone for giving tips on the pity rmi stuff - specially the
Karaf-IRC crew ;)
Going straight to 2.0 Final. 2.1 Issues stand in the pipeline.
