Some options like "--noDownloadFeedback" are hard-wired in pax exam because pax
runner does not allow overwriting of already set options.
As a solution, one may add a "reverseOptions" option. This may not be always
desired (specially when order of bundles is relevant for example - bad practice
anyway) so it should not be the "new default" but an option.
